Black Economic Leadership League of Rock Hill Announces Kauffman FastTrac Entrepreneur Program
Rock Hill, SC – August 11, 2025 — The Black Economic Leadership League of Rock Hill (BELL), dedicated to advancing inclusive and equitable business growth, is now accepting applications for the Kauffman FastTrac Program. This immersive, hands-on course guides participants through every stage of launching, building, and scaling a business.
The program offers practical training in business concept development, market research, planning, financial management, and growth strategies. It is part of a national initiative by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and is delivered locally by BELL to support aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs.

Application Dates: August 11–August 31, 2025
Program Dates: September 8–November 10, 2025
Graduation: December 6, 2025
Fee: $100, with 50 percent reimbursement for participants who meet certificate requirements.
Ideal candidates include entrepreneurs with ideas ready for action, new business owners seeking a stronger foundation, and early-stage entrepreneurs aiming to scale.
