The Leadership Development & Training pillar of B.E.L.L. supports our community leaders by providing them with resources and knowledge to become more effective in their work., making our community aware of open positions on city boards and commissions, as well as helping the BELL board to continuously develop.

Young Professionals
Develop young Black professionals personally and professionally within the Black community and the City of Rock Hill through social events, leadership development and programming.
Inclusive Tech Expo
Conference and supportive educational opportunities to explore exposure and entrepreneurship in the tech world. An annual conference held to expose underserved people and communities to opportunities in tech space by fostering relationships with those who are excelling or may not look like the mainstream Tech World, we seek to create connection and community for those in STEM programs.
Professional Development Series
Offering on-going training and workshops for B.E.L.L. and community members to learn and grow in the areas of professional development, leadership and organizational management.

Inclusive Tech Expo
The Inclusive Tech Expo is a three-day event inviting attendees to experience a dynamic lineup of speakers covering the latest trends & insights in tech careers and business. The goal is to foster a community of tech leaders, mentors, and business owners in Rock Hill and its' surrounding regions. This event is presented by the City of Rock Hill in partnership with The Black Economic Leadership League (B.E.L.L.).
