Kauffman FastTrac Program

The Business Development & Innovation pillar of B.E.L.L. aims to serve as a resource to Black business owners by assisting them in creating, growing, and scaling their businesses. Through programming and tools, we guide Black entrepreneurs toward implementation and growth while helping them overcome unique challenges and address the cultural nuances that are often associated with Black-owned businesses.

Kauffman FastTrac® is one of the cornerstone programs in this effort, teaching aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs how to launch and grow their ventures. This nationally recognized program provides a proven framework to help participants align their business concepts with their personal vision, evaluate market opportunities, define target audiences, set financial goals, explore funding sources, establish a brand and competitive advantage, plan key business functions, and develop strategies for profitability. Entrepreneurs also gain critical legal awareness, learn how to protect their intellectual property, and leave with a launch plan and clear metrics for success.
