Help the underemployed (those earning less than a livable wage) in economically challenged neighborhoods get better-paying jobs (earning at least a livable wage).
Encourage entrepreneurship, help develop businesses in economically challenged neighborhoods, and bring money into these communities.
3rd Thursday of each month,
Help create alignment between education, workforce development, and business development by serving students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Supports our community leaders by providing them with resources and knowledge to become more effective in their work., making our community aware of open positions on city boards and commissions, as well as helping the BELL board to continuously develop.

Help to tell the BELL story and highlights of the community utilizing various forms of communication and creating marketing materials for various events and initiatives.
2nd Tuesday of each month,
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Works to ensure that current and incoming members feel connected to the organization by fostering member relationships, optimizing organization satisfaction, and recognizing the great work of its members.
2nd Sunday of each month,
Develop young black professionals personally and professionally within the Black community and the City of Rock Hill.
